Application advantages

Product Application

Scope of application

·135D and 135E are used for light load processing of aluminum alloys and copper alloys.

·135B is used for processing stainless steel and difficult to machine metals under moderate load.

·135A and 135C are used for processing heavy loads such as stainless steel and difficult to machine metals, and are used for deep drawing, stamping, pressing, and forming operations of thicker metals.


Packaging and Storage

Packaging specifications: 200L iron drum/18L plastic small drum, (or according to customer requirements)

Storage conditions: Sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 6 months (unopened)


Precautions

1. It should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the bucket should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and submergence of the markings on the bucket.

2. This product should not be contaminated with foreign objects, otherwise it may cause the oil to deteriorate and become ineffective.

3. Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.

4. According to the equipment oil regulations, select oil with appropriate viscosity.
