Product Description

Cold heading oil WOUFORM 50S is a mixture of highly refined base oil and specialized extreme pressure additives. Especially suitable for extremely demanding processing of various types of steel and special alloys, it has extremely high performance while ensuring the maximization of mold life. This product is also suitable for multi pass stamping processes.

Application advantages

The WOUFORM 50S integrates multiple non chlorinated lubricants into one, achieving a longer service life for dies and punches than most other lubricants used for cold heading and forging. This product does not contain any solid lubricants. Excellent lubrication performance can reduce scratches and burrs on components and molds, while also reducing heat, smoke, and oil mist generated during processing.

This product is formulated with a unique composite ester lubricant, suitable for titanium nitride (TiN) coating processing equipment and other alloys (high-speed steel and hard alloys). The unique fusion of boundary lubricants and extreme pressure lubricants achieves a high-strength lubricating oil film and excellent lubrication characteristics, thereby continuously improving the service life and precision machining level of stamping dies.

WOUFORM 50S does not contain pigments, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or any other solid substances. The mold and machine are cleaner, and there is no phenomenon of moving parts or conveying equipment jamming and/or filter blockage. The processed parts of this product are easy to clean with solvents or alkaline cleaners.

This product provides excellent anti-corrosion effect and prevents various components or machines from being contaminated or corroded. It provides corrosion protection during the processing without the need for additional preservatives. This avoids additional manufacturing processes and also reduces the number of non-conforming products caused by corrosion.

This product does not contain any material components identified as carcinogens by NTP, IARC, or OSHA.
