1. When diluting, it is recommended to use clean tap water and avoid mixing it with other coolant to prevent performance deterioration.
2. It is recommended to store in a dry place at 4-40 ° C. Please seal and store when not in use.
3. For the initial liquid preparation, the concentration should be appropriately increased. The concentration of the working fluid should be monitored and controlled within a reasonable range. If the machine tool does not start for many days, the tank fluid should be regularly circulated and oxygenated.
4. The comprehensive evaporation rate of water, concentration of working solution, supplementary water and concentrated solution.
5. Pour the concentrated solution into an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and then add it to the equipment.
6. When using (replacing) new liquid, the equipment should be cleaned first, and it is recommended to use Wenou machine tool cleaning agent.
7. The machine tool should have a complete filtration and slag removal system to promptly remove impurities such as metal shavings and floating oil.
