Aluminum cable drawing coolant WOUCOOL 822AL is a water-based coolant designed specifically for drawing aluminum cables, suitable for aluminum drawing production. Special extreme pressure additives, oil-based agents, and other additives are applied in the formula, which have excellent lubrication and cooling performance and can replace pure oil-based products to meet the requirements of high-speed aluminum cable drawing production.


Application advantages

Excellent lubrication performance, can replace pure oily products, reduce aluminum powder production, and extend mold life.

The product does not contain sulfur, chlorine, phenol, nitrite, has good cooling performance, reduces oil fume production, has no unpleasant odor, and is friendly to the working environment.

Product Application

Application Guide

·It is recommended to control the working concentration of this product between 13-19%, which ensures a longer tank life and better lubrication effect. The temperature control range of the tank solution is 50-58 ℃.

·The liquid supply tank should have sedimentation and filtration functions. If it is shut down for a long time, air should be bubbled or the circulation should be turned on to prevent the working fluid from spoiling and deteriorating.

·Dynamic monitoring of concentration: Use a refractometer to measure the concentration of the working solution daily; When the concentration is below the recommended value by more than 1%, replenish the original solution in a timely manner; If mixed with equipment impurities, the floating oil needs to be removed through a skimming device before adjusting the concentration.

·PH value control: regularly check the pH value of the working solution. When the pH value is lower than 8.3, a small amount of stock solution can be added for adjustment to avoid the decline of antirust performance and the corruption of lotion caused by low pH value.
