1. For the initial liquid preparation, the concentration of the solution should be appropriately increased. The concentration of the working solution should be monitored and controlled within a reasonable range. If the equipment does not operate for several days, the tank solution should be regularly circulated and oxygenated.
2. The comprehensive evaporation rate of water, concentration of working solution, supplementary water and concentrated solution.
3. Pour the concentrated solution into an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and then add it to the equipment.
4. When using (replacing) new liquid, the equipment should be cleaned first, and it is recommended to use Wenou machine tool cleaning agent.
5. The equipment should have a complete settling, filtering, and slag removal system to promptly remove impurities such as metal shavings and floating oil.
