Nickel wire drawing coolant WOUCOOL 866 is a high-performance water-soluble drawing lubricant developed specifically for nickel and nickel alloy wire drawing processes. It uses polyether polyols and special esters as basic raw materials, and is compounded with extreme pressure anti-wear agents, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, and other additives. The product does not contain harmful ingredients such as chlorine and sulfur, and can be adapted to the drawing needs from rough drawing, medium drawing to precision micro drawing.

Product Application

Application Guide

·System preprocessing: Before the first use or replacement of new fluid, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the old fluid, sludge, and metal debris in the oil tank and pipeline; Use a 2-3% dilution solution of this product to circulate and clean the system for 2-4 hours. After draining, prepare a new solution to avoid residual impurities damaging the emulsion system.

· Dilute with clean tap water (hardness ≤ 100ppm) according to the recommended concentration: first inject 1/3 of clean water into the oil tank, then start the circulating pump to mix for more than 30 minutes after adding the original solution, and then gradually add water to the target level to ensure that the lotion is even and not stratified. It is forbidden to directly add water to the original solution.

· Regularly check the pH value of the working fluid. When the pH value is below 8.6, a small amount of the original solution can be supplemented for adjustment.

· It is recommended to regularly check the wear of the mold, replace the worn mold in a timely manner, and use it in conjunction with this product to maximize the service life of the mold.

1. The first liquid preparation requires cleaning the tank, wire drawing machine, and pipeline, and then adding water to prepare the liquid.
