Aluminum plate (foil) cleaning agent WOUCLEAN 926 contains surfactants, chelating agents, and other ingredients. It is an alkaline water-based product used for cleaning aluminum plates/foils. It adopts a low foaming surface active formula and can quickly clean pollutants such as aluminum ash powder and cold rolling oil.
Excellent emulsification and penetration performance, quick removal of oil stains, and improved cleaning efficiency.
Low foam and easy to rinse: Suitable for spray, soaking, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment, with minimal residue after rinsing, improving the cleanliness of aluminum strips.

·Operating temperature: 50-85 ℃, generally controlled at around 60-70 ℃.
·Concentration control: According to the degree of oil contamination on the aluminum strip, dilute it with the original solution or water to 0.5-2.0%, usually using a concentration of about 1%. Concentration detection uses refractometers (sugar meters) or acid-base titration methods to measure alkalinity.
·Initial preparation: Prepare at a concentration of 0.5%, for example, for a tank of 5 cubic meters, use 25kg of degreasing agent stock solution.
·During normal use: According to the oil stains and throughput of the aluminum strip, it should be replenished appropriately every day (24 hours). When oil stains appear on the aluminum strip after cleaning, the cleaning solution should be replaced immediately. Generally, the cleaning solution should be replaced every 10-30 days.
