Concrete demoulding lotion WOURL 009 is an emulsified release agent specially designed for concrete prefabrication, which is suitable for steel mold and plastic mold. The formula uses raw materials such as rust inhibitors, oiliness agents, antibacterial agents, emulsifiers, etc., which have excellent film-forming properties, spreading properties, diluent stability, good demolding effect, large dilution ratio, and short-term storage of diluent without odor.

·The release agent shall be mixed with water at a ratio of 1:3-6 and stirred evenly. It shall be prepared immediately after use. The diluted release lotion shall be stored for more than 4 hours. It is recommended to use it after stirring again.
·Evenly apply the demoulding lotion to avoid missing spraying and brushing, which may lead to sticking of the mold. Pour concrete after the white lotion on the mold has completely faded, so as to avoid the painted mold being washed by rain.
·After demoulding, the surface of the template should be inspected, and if necessary, it is recommended to clean it appropriately before reapplying.
·It is recommended to use the unused diluent within 24 hours to avoid the growth of microorganisms;
