Aluminum rod rolling fluid WOUCOOL 677AL is an aluminum rod hot rolling emulsion used in continuous casting and rolling processes. The product is formulated using synthetic esters and refined mineral oil as base oils, with the addition of oil-based agents, extreme pressure additives, antioxidants, and other raw materials. It has excellent lubrication performance, high surface quality of rolled aluminum rod, and low fuel consumption and roller consumption.
Excellent lubrication and cooling performance: forms a stable oil film under high temperature and high pressure, reduces friction coefficient, reduces energy consumption and roll wear, and ensures the surface quality of aluminum rods.
Excellent cleaning performance, with low residue on the surface of the aluminum rod.
The emulsion has moderate stability, is easy to maintain, and has low fuel consumption.
The product has good high-temperature stability and a long service life.

1. Long term shutdown can cause the emulsion to spoil and deteriorate, and should be avoided as much as possible.
