
The WOULER 100 rolling medium for ordinary carbon steel is a dispersed rolling fluid composed of synthetic esters, plant fluids as base oils, and special additives. It has excellent lubrication and cooling performance, large particle size of emulsion, and fast separation of liquid and water. It can form sufficient liquid film in the roll gap area to meet the requirements of large deformation and high-speed rolling of ultra-thin materials.
Good lubricity, high saponification value, meeting the requirements of ultra-thin materials and high-speed rolling, providing excellent lubrication and cooling protection for the rolling mill, and reducing roll consumption.
The reasonable combination of synthetic ester and plant solution, combined with Wenou's unique antioxidant technology, makes the steel plate residue easy to clean and anneal, and there will be no problem of zinc removal or plating leakage due to the residue of the solution.
The emulsion has a long working life, excellent anti spot waste ability, high surface quality, and is suitable for hood annealing.

1. The system should have sufficient mechanical stirring capacity.
