The WOULER 160 medium for tinplate rolling is formulated from synthetic esters, vegetable oils, antioxidants, lubricating additives and other raw materials, and is a non-ionic emulsion system. Suitable for the rolling of iron-based plates, it has excellent lubrication performance and high surface quality.

Application Guide

Materials: tinplate, plain carbon steel, alloy steel strip.

Process: Cold rolling, reversible or continuous rolling equipment.

Water quality: Deionized water.

Temperature: 50-60 ℃.


Packaging and Storage

Packaging specifications: Large drum (180kg) or according to customer requirements

Storage conditions: Store in a cool and ventilated place, at 4-40 ℃, sealed, with a shelf life of 12 months


Precautions

1. Regularly check the circulation system pipelines, nozzles, and liquid levels to ensure no blockages, leaks, and normal liquid levels.

2. Regularly monitor indicators such as oil concentration, pH value, and conductivity, and promptly handle any abnormalities to avoid production quality accidents caused by oil degradation.
