WOULER 66Si is a non-ionic silicon steel rolling fluid formulated from synthetic esters, refined mineral liquids, extreme pressure additives, emulsifiers, and other raw materials. Adopting the unique composite anti rust technology of Wenou, it provides sufficient anti rust protection for the rolled silicon steel plate, avoiding surface spot defects. At the same time, the product has good dispersibility and cleanliness of silicon mud, ensuring the cleanliness of silicon steel plate surface and equipment, extending the service life of emulsion, and reducing comprehensive usage costs.
Good lubricity, meeting the requirements of rolling lubrication and plate surface quality, suitable for the emulsion lubrication system of 20 roll rolling mill backing bearings, ensuring the service life of bearings and reducing costs.

·Dilution method: First, add a specified amount of deionized water to the rolling oil circulation tank, turn on the stirring device or pump circulation, and add silicon steel rolling oil.
·Equipment adaptation: Suitable for various types of silicon steel rolling equipment such as twenty high precision rolling mills, twelve high/six high reversible rolling mills, etc.
·Operating condition control: pH value should be controlled between 7.5-8.5, and concentration should be controlled between 3-6%.
